Professional, efficient and very good personal approach and personality

Follow up from a previous root canal done by another endodentist. 9/10/2010

We were very happy with the visit and will return if necessary for any future such problems. One thing, comng down from Magee, the number on the building was partly obscured by a tree; maybe it was because it was a windy day. more

Extremely helpful, pleasant atmosphere. The exam was thourough and honest. All expenses were put up front and discussed. The procedures seemed less painful than I have experienced in the past. more

It's obvious they care about the patient 9/2/2010

No one wants a root canal, but if I had to do it again, I'd do it at SAE. The whole staff goes above and beyond to demonstrate that they care about the comfort and welfare of their patients. Such concentrated customer service only happens if the business owners (the doctors) care about it. The business aspect of the office was run very smoothly and efficiently. Dr. Smith was great and his staff were stellar. I highly recommend SAE. more

I found the office staff the dentist and his assistant very caring and they explained what they were going to do before the procedure. overall it was a satisfying experience. i will recommend them to other people more

Great experience 8/30/2010

From the moment I walked in, I was treated like a valued customer. The staff were all exceedingly friendly and kind. The root canal went quite well with everything well explained and the assistant was so reassuring. Of course, I don't ever want to need another root canal, but IF I do, I'll be back. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else! more

I was seen as an "emergency" patient, and I was grateful that they were able to see me within an hour of contacting the office. The staff greeted me courteously and professionally, and continued to treat me in that fashion thorughout my visit. Dr. Smith is excellent. He iscompassionate and thorough. I will freely and enthusiastically recommend Southern Arizona Endodontics and Dr. John Smith to others. more

I am an RN, CDE and do program development ... I got some great ideas from your practice ... the book mark in the 'take-home" bag, the pictures on the wall, snacks out front and thought the dental assistants and front office uniforms looked neat and coordinated more

Received an appointment for the same day. Greated by Dental Assistant Melissa who prepped me for the procedure. Dr. Burros was very informative and with a soothing voice explained the procedure as it was underway. The procedure turned out to be complex and took longer than I would have thought, but it ended on a happy note. more

Dr. Burros & Jessica were great. During the procedure the Doctor kept up a running commentary, clearly explaining exactly what he was doing. Excellent service. The follow-up call from Kathy the following day was very nice. more
