Professional, efficient and very good personal approach and personality

The entire staff that I had personal dealings with were professional and downright friendly. They really did care both ways. I hoped I wasn't a high maintenance patient and even if I was, they made me feel it was okay. I will highly recommend their services to any of my friends. more

RELAXED WITH PROFESSIONAL TREATMENT 11/12/2010

MY EXPERIENCE WITH DR. JOHN SMITH IV AND HIS ASSISTANT WAS EXCEPTIONAL. THEY WERE KIND, GENTLE AND VERY ATTENTIVE TO MY NEEDS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ARIZONA ENDODONTICS TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS. The dental assistant, while kind and courteous was a bit cavalier while performing during procedures involving the patient. Dr. Shroyer encountered something he was not expecting while performing the root canal and did an outstanding job of adjusting and finishing the job. He made sure that I was never in pain, and performed his task in a professional manner. If I ever need additional work, I would request his services, and would certainly recommend him. more

Comforting 11/9/2010

Was very hesitant as I had never had a root canal experience. I found that the procedure was entirely painless and less involved than I thought. The doctor and staff were amazing and made me feel to tally comfortable. more

emergency root canal 11/6/2010

Fantastic service. Got an appt 1 1/2 hrs after dentist called. Pampered the whole visit, offered choice of beverages (chose V8 and, got my choice of radio stations. Most important, met only caring and supportive staff, including the Dr. Would recommend thine practice to anyone!ii more

This was the best medical/dental office I have every visited, from beginning to end. The dentist's assistant did everything she could to make me feel at ease during the procedure and everything was explained to me in detail. They even called me the day after my root canal to see how I was doing. more
