Extremely pleasant 2/18/2011

My first contact with Southern Arizona Endodontics was with the Schedulers and the Receptionist, all of whom were most courteous and professional. Dr. Burros and his Assistant immediately put me at ease with their genuinely caring attention. Dr. Burros kept me informed of each step of his performance, building my confidence in him throughout the procedure. I left their office feeling that all my initial apprehension had been unfounded. more

Your business got me in on short notice and staff was great. While waiting in room for novacaine to take effect please provide or ask if patient would like something to read. Makes the waiting go by faster! more

Emergency visit 2/16/2011

I had an immediate need for a root canal with an abscess. The office made an appt for me that day with minimal waiting time. The staff was warm, caring, & knowledgeable and the endo doc was excellent! I have had unpleasant experiences in the past with root canals and was anxiety ridden...they put me at ease and if one could have a good experience with root canals, this would be the place to get it! I would highly recommend SAE! more

I was so nervous! It was my very first time being there and it was for a root canal. But the moment I walked in the office I felt comfortable bout it all and knew I would have a good experience. They were all very kind, and those who attended to me, Christel and Dr Funk always talked and explained before, during and after the procedure, what was going on. I learned more here than I ever did at my first dental experience! They answered all my questions, helped me to understand what I needed to do. I didnt have any pain! I WILL be sending them a thank you card. The best experience I have ever had at a dental office! Wonderful people, thank you ever so much! more

Excellent 2/15/2011

My experience for my daughter was excellent. I could not have asked for a better referral to this office. From the moment we walked in the door it was soothing, calming and professional. The staff was amazing and we were seen at our appointment time. I will go back any time I need endodontic work. more

excellent 2/13/2011

Dr Burrows was wonderful..even though we couldn't save the multi fractured tooth. He tried for over an hour. I was made comfortable the whole time. He explained as he went exactly what was going on. Thanks Doc...I'am 60 and appreciated his bedside manner. more

Is it possible to call a Root Canal fabulous?? 2/7/2011

I have a phobia of the dentist in general that has developed from a weird condition where I get shooting pains in my teeth no matter how numbed up I am. I had to have an emergency root canal here and I have to say it was easier and caused me less pain than getting a small cavity filled has caused me in the past. The Doctor and Assistant were awesome! Great bedside manner, took my concerns seriously and checked on my throughout the process. If you have to get a root canal, this is the place to do it. more
