I went to the ERGENT CARE on Riverside Dr. on 11-5-08. I had been to an ergent care before and was not pleased in the least so I was not expecting much, however I was very very pleased with this one. The staff was great. I didn't have to wait long, the nurse listened to everything that I said, I mean really listened. The young women who came to take a bloodsample was very nice, she did her job and she did it well. Usually people have a hard time finding a vein and I end up getting stuck over and over but she did it on the first try and it did not leave a nasty bruise. She talked and played with my 2 year old son, which really meant alot to me. Dr. Barabra Rygiel is a wonderful doctor!!! She checked me out knew what was wrong ordered the tests to be sure. Got the medicines that it was going to take to make me better. She knew that it was going to take a little while so she herself brought me a blanket to cover me up when I said I was cold, she turned on cartoons for my son and checked on me often. When the test results came back she came and sat down with me told me the results, asked me if I had any questions, wrote out my perscription, said goodbye to my son and sent me on my way. Southcrest Hospital has come forth in Tulsa with it's own Gastric Bypass wing, dedicated to nothing else! The facilities are better than state of the art, the staff is knowing, caring and helping. No question goes unanswered, no need goes forgotten. With every check up, blood pressure taken, stitches dressed, you have everything explained and done in a gentle manner. Not rushing in and out to get to the next room. My stay was three days, my dedication a lifetime. more
