My experience so far with South Colorado Springs Nissan was absolutely top flight. My sales girl, Britt, was upfront, honest and friendly. They did not ramrod me into anything, it was a casual experience that I enjoyed. I did not set out to buy a car on that day, I just wanted to look at a Jeep they had on hand. I walked the yard undisturbed and came in the office to use the restroom where I inquired on the Jeep and a used Nissan Murano. The first thing I told her was that I hated my last car buying experience and I really didn't want to do anything purchasing wise. Mainly Britt took the time to tell me about the Jeep and the Murano, we took it for a drive and I was instantly in love with the car. We came back, they made me a fair offer on my trade and a better offer on the Murano. She got the payment down to what I asked for and that was it. No really. There was no high pressure pitch to sell me a bigger warranty, and I am covered bumper to bumper for 100K miles. I asked about the recalls and they showed me a document stating they had been performed. They detailed it, gave me the keys and I was done. It was that simple. No pressure pitches, they were interested in closing that week as it was the end of the month, maybe this contributed to the good deal.
