Overall bad experience. They had the car I wanted or I would not have bought. Had to come back twice to resign paperwork due to errors. The finance man quit before our deal finished. Our salesman was a decent guy although I don't think he liked his job either. Steve the manager/owner was an interesting individual. He talked and talked about himself and seemed very aggitated. The guy was a little scary. My wife wanted to leave but I wanted the car. We waited for over an hour to sign our paperwork last time and I thought they forgot we were there. Would not recommend this dealership. more

This has been by far the best experience purchasing a vehicle. The service was absolutely great and the whole staff was very friendly and accommodating as well. When I came in I wasn't sure if they would be able to help me because of my situation, but the staff exceeded my expectations and treated me with respect and helped me get my car. Janet and Bill were a dream to work with. Janet got me the exact truck I was looking for and had it shipped here in a timely manner. Bill was super helpful when it came time to close the deal, explaining to me in detail everything I was paying for. I wouldn't have traded this experience for another. No pressure for my friends 10/10/2011

I took my friends to S. Colorado Springs Nissan recently and I have to say, I was positively surprised. Everybody knows the problem with car dealers, right? Pressure pressure, pressure... Let me tell you, there was no pressure at all. My friends were really undecided when we walked in and I certainly put more pressure to them than the sales persons that we dealt with :) Bargaining did not take more than an hour and price was really good. In the end, they let us walk out without any drama (my friends were still undecided and could not pull the trigger) and they said they will honor the same price next day as well. Yepp...They got the car the day after. more
