Excellent education with caring instructors! You receive everything you need to become a successful LMT (Licensed Massage Therapist) here. Matt (the owner and an instructor) gives you one on one instruction to give you confidence. Matt stresses to every student the importance of academics and that they are just as vital to master as the massage techniques. You know he wants you succeed! He also helps you to prepare for after graduation to further help with your success. This isn't by any means an easy career therefore this school requires hard work and dedication. I have receive from this school exactly what I have given, and it has changed my life. more

I was one of the students in the very first class at Source Institute of Massage, was the oldest student (56) and the first student of that school to take the test and passed the test the first time! I was taught everything I needed but I had to study hard since I had been out of school for 40 years. I have owned my own practice for a year and thanks to the massage techniques I was taught by Matt I have not had to pay for any outside advertising. From my first client to my last clients I get referrals 28 of which come at least once a month for massage. Matt is a fantastic teacher and I highly recommend the school to anyone willing to put in the work it takes to make a good massage therapist. This was the best massage I've ever had, and it was very inexpensive. The staff was very professional, and took the time to answer all my questions. I wish I had discovered this place sooner! There is an angry ex-student of Source Institute who is on a mission to damage the reputation of this school. Once again I would like to remind them to ""Cease and Desist"". This is a decent school with the highest pass rate of the national exam for Massage Therapy in NW Florida. Every student that has graduated from Source Institute and has taken the national exam has PASSED. Before you sign up to go to this school, take a tour of the ENTIRE building - the ""library"" looks like someone's personal junk room. The owner, who is also the instructor, is never there when you need him, never returns phone calls, and does not follow through on anything he says he'll do. He constantly changes things at the last minute and does a deplorable job at teaching alot of the information. He has so many other priorities that YOU are his last priority. He can't even keep an instructor for more than a few months, which is probably why he teaches the entire curriculum. You get the hours that you need for your license, but the educational experience is of the poorest quality. Most of my class quit to go to the school in Pensacola - which is what I should have done.
