I had a wonderful experience using Sound By Design. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive from start to finish. I hired them to install a sound system for my home and they did a great job. The remote control was rather complicated for us at first so I had to call them about it a couple of times. They were able to put me right on track. They arrived on time for the installation and did the job quickly and efficiently. Our local cable and internet service also recommended them to us so that reassures me that their business is trustworthy. I'd definitely recommend them. more

Treat you with respect and look out for you 3/10/2014

Sound by Design installed our sound system and speakers. It was our first time using them, and it was great. They were knowledgeable, friendly people. They treat you with respect like you would want to be treated, and they look out for your best interests. I'd use them again! more

Happy with everything overall! 3/6/2014

I am happy overall with Sound by Design. They took good care to make sure that the system fit our home perfectly. Everything works good. I guess, in retrospect, the only thing I wonder is if it is worth the price. I have not had time to follow up with them but I plan to. The picture on my television occasionally gets dots on it since the installation as well. I am not sure if that is an issue with my cable company or the installation. They are a good company. I would just like some follow up. more

Outstanding--I am more than pleased with their service 2/27/2014

The router in my house went out so Sound by Design came out within 15 minutes and installed a completely new router. I liked how prompt and courteous their service was. I couldn't ask for more than a job being completed in 15 minutes from start to finish. more
