I was referred to Sonia through a boutique owner who had her own clothes altered there. That was over 5 years ago and I will never go anywhere else! Sonia is French and her alterations are more of a work of art than simple tailoring. My problem is that I have a relatively small waist, but lots of ""junk in the trunk""! All of the place I went before Sonia simply put darts in the waist area of pants to make them fit. Sonia takes not only the waist in, but she tapers the hip and leg area ever so slightly to create a clean line that is flattering and never obtrusive. I have had everything from my girls' uniform skirts hemmed to ball gowns altered by Sonia and the result is always spectacular! She is a treasure!\r
Pros: She is simply the best!
Cons: You may wait a week because she is in such high demand, but it is so worth it!!!
