Worth the money 5/4/2011

I traveled from Canada to have surgery in Baltimore and really enjoyed the stay. I stayed for 2 weeks. The staff were very friendly. The kitchenette was invaluable for my recovery. The only negative was that there is not much to do in terms of touristy things to do within walking distance because it is in the airport hotel district. But the good thing about the location is that you can take the shuttle to the nearby BWI Rail Station and take a train to downtown Baltimore or Washington DC. I would highly recommend the surgeon too (Thomas Le). He did wonders for my nose despite three other surgeons failing! He recommend this hotel on his website. more

Great Room, Great Value 4/27/2009

I have traveled a LOT, and this was one of the best experiences I have had at a hotel. Fast check in, fabulous room (kitchenette, sitting area, large flat screen plasma tv, lovely decor), ""Be Well"" products (soap, facial bar, shampoo, lotion, etc.), and a breakfast buffet that was just that (waffles, cheese omletes, sausage, oatmeal, sweet rolls, biscuits and gravy, cereal, milk, juices, coffee, etc... need I say more?). Nice Room, Management Not So Nice 9/24/2008

The hotel itself is nice, but the manager at this hotel is rude and does not know how to treat guests. If you ever have a problem at this hotel, you will find NO resolution with managerment, he just does not care and acts as if he is doing you a favor by letting you stay there. Desk Staff Great, General Manager Not 9/6/2008

The hotel itself is nice and so is the desk staff. The General Manager on the other hand is on a power trip. I witnessed him ""going off"" on some guests who dared question him. His attitude was unprofessional and I have never seen anything like it. He lost his cool, when I don't even know why, because as I watched the guest they were not rude to him, but for some reason he did not like anyone questioning what he was saying.
