I ordered a instock knife the 26 th. day of Feb. 2015 and the ad said 7 to 10 days.As of the 14 th.day of Mar. , I have not heard a word. I have e-mailed them and they do not have the courtesy to reply. Stay away from ordering on line if you need something go to the store.By the way I live less than a 125 miles away. more

poor service 3/11/2011

I placed an online order.after emailing them 3 times it was partially shipped.Two remington knives were not in stock finally after 6 weeks they shipped one it was scratched,it was easy to tell it was a display knife no box either,I called customer servive they didn't care about the poor knife.they told me they would refund the 14.95 for the other knife that was never shipped after 3 months i have never received the refund check.i will never buy from them again more

Did an online order.It was not shipped after four weeks and my credit card was charged.They did not answer emails(3) nor did customer service answer the phone.I did call the local phone but was transferred to customer service.Again,did not answer the phone.I finally did a charge back through the credit card company.I will not order from them again. No stars from me. Only reason it gets one star is because system won't let me post without a star rating. more

Men Love This Place! 10/23/2005

We always have to make a stop at Smoky Mountain Knife Works on any trip to Pigeon Forge. This place has every kind of knife you could possibly think of. They have excellent prices! They also have a HUGE section of kitchen gadgets in the lower part of the building, so anyone who cooks would also love to shop here. They also have a large selection of gifts, candles, collectible figurines and a small section of clothing. more

Smoky Mountain Knife Works is located in Sevierville, TN at the base of the Smoky Mountains. They sell every kind of knife that you could imagine from hunting knives to kitchen knives. In the basement they have a nice selection of gift items, and kitchen items. There is also a small plaza with hunting apparel, and gift items located just across the parking lot. more
