I took my dyson vacuum to be repaired under the warranty. The two ladies at the counter seemed nice and eager to help at first... They made the process seem like it was going to be a breeze and that I'll have my vacuum back in a week. A week went by and they did not call me, so I went in the next day and the same gals who told me that I'll get my dyson in a week - totally forgot about my vacuum completely! They then told me that there is still two more vacuums in line for repairs ahead of mine and that it might take 2 more days? The two days passed and again no call from them. So I called them and they told me that they were waiting on a part to to be shipped and they would call me back in a few minutes to tell me how long it would take the part to arrive. They didn't call back until about a week later... This time they told me that it will take another 2-3 weeks! It's a vacuum roller for crying out loud! This is outrageous! I'm not even confident enough in them that ill even get my vacuum back in another month. Smith crown co in sugarhouse are the most irresponsible and careless local business I've ever seen. They'll waste your time and I believe they don't deserve to be a certified dyson warranty center. If you are like me and can't afford to waste time on silly excuses or be given the run-around multiple times, then you shouldn't deal with smith crown co in sugarhouse, because it’s taking them much longer to fix a plastic vacuum, then it took a mechanic to repair the cylinder head on my truck. They are unbelievably unprofessional.\r
