Jerry is the best! Always friendly and looking out for the customer. Recent visit he set up a service that needed to be done but was able make it happen in away that took care of us. He is a great representative of the dealership and KIA. more

Replace my brake switch. Took very little time and the Service Rep was more than friendly and efficient. On top of that is was a recall problem and no cost. That's the service I like. more

Whenever I need my oil changed I always bring it in to Smith Kia. Jerry McDaniel and his employees work with my schedule to fit me in quickly. They take great care of my car, washing, vacuuming and inspecting to make sure everything is running great. There's never any pressure to buy any products/services, just genuine, friendly customer service. They go above and beyond every time! more

Amazing Staff 6/4/2013

From the moment I walked in I was treated with respect by Matthew and Jason, the staff was not pushy with me. Instead the staff at this location went OVER AND BEYOND for me, it's a very long story over a couple days but trust me any other dealer would have just gave up and cut me loose. I will be buying another vehicle from them and that's a fact. I thank each and everyone of you that had a hand in me keeping my keys in my hands, because I love my 2013 Kia Soul.
