Crowing visit 2/8/2012

The people in the office are always friendly and I feel welcomed. I never get the feeling that I am being a bother even though I am afraid of shots. It was a bummer that my temporary crown fell off, but sometimes these things just happen. Plus there was not problem getting it put back on. more

Most pleasant experience I have ever had going to the dentist to get work done. My appointment was exactly what they said it would be. I am dental phobic, and they told me I would be here for 1 hour, which I was. They told me they would take great care of me, which they did. They told me it would not hurt, which it didn't, Dr Peacock told me everything he was going to do before he did it, and that made me more relaxed. I like to know ahead of time what they are doing and how long it will take, and they delivered on all their promises! Thank you to the whole team! more

Nice to see family dentistry still exists with great service!! First visit yesterday for us, and we were very impressed! Top Notch customer service, and pleased with the knowledge and care we received! The referral program sounds great, and we are telling all of our friends!! Thanks for treating us like family! more

My kids had always gone to a pediatric dentist until he no longer took their insurance. We were nervous to switch them, but they both had a great experience at Smiles Dental. The staff was great with kids, and Dr Peacock came out in the waiting room and talked to me about my kids visit, and took time for all of my questions. Everyone at Smiles Dental is extremely helpful,caring and patient with our kids. They even got to hold the suction "Mr Thirsty" during their appointment. My kids loved their dental check ups, and for our household this was a first!!! Thank you to an amazing professional, friendly team!! more

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A WOW!!! 1/30/2012

I was enamored with the customer service I received from the front staff at Smiles! WOW...Kirsten and Mary both called me by name when we came in, made me feel welcome, treated us like we were important! The back staff was also amazing! Bethany my hygienist made me feel comfortable and Dr Peacock...well he just topped off the visit with such a great warm friendly personality. I loved my visit at Smiles and actually can not wait to go back and see them all! They are my new dental family!!! Thank you all at Smiles!! more

I have been a patient for years here, and I met Kirsten at my last visit. She works the front desk and was very professional, and personable. The office feels great with her presence at the front desk! She explained everything so well, and stood up and introduced herself to me when I came in. Great addition to the already great team here at Smiles! Best Dental office around! more

First Visit at Smiles in Tumwater...I will be back. They were all very professional and friendly. Made me feel right at home, and told me WHY I needed my crown. Very educational! Smiles you are great and loved Dr Peacock and staff!!! more

BEST SERVICE EVER! 1/24/2012

Greated with a Smiles!I was very comfortable from the time I walked in the door at Smiles. I was greeted by Kirsten and Mary. They both introduced themselves and helped me with my paperwork. Everyone is sooo friendly, and I felt like family during the visit from all staff. Dr Peacock is AMAZING, and I will for sure tell all of my friends, family and co-workers about my positive experience at Smiles! more

My appointment started about 30 minutes later than expected and the woman cleaning my teeth caused me great pain that I have never had before. Dr. Peacock was wonderful on the other hand. more

Seemless transition 12/8/2011

I have been seeing Dr Dolby for the last15+ years and was quite pleased and comfortable with his team and the results of my ongoing check ups. Yesterday was my first appointment with Dr Peacock and my satisfaction with my dental care continues. He and my dental hygienist Bethany were friendly, knowledgable, and professional. I am most grateful for the excellent oral care I've received from Dr Dolby's team and look forward to the same level of dedication and expertise continuing via Dr Peacock and his team of professionals. more
