The place is beautiful and the service is even better. Jillian, the spa director, really took the time to explain something that I suffer from, polycystic ovarian syndrome (in layman's terms, thank goodness) and treatment options. The personal attention is really there, and I didn't feel like I was just another customer in a huge corporation. She even gave me a tour to help me feel more comfortable.
