Mac and cheese 6/26/2013

Its so awesome they now have a permanent location to get their amazing food. Their Mac and cheese is freakin amazing. Every time I go there is something new to try, which makes it hard to decide. I tried the grilled PB&J sandwich out of curiosity and was impressed with their take on something that seems simple otherwise. more

We had our breakfast at Skillet Diner last weekend. It was fantastic breakfast together with a fantastic partner. They have great food and service. And we had a great time. more

Good Coffee and Comfort Food 1/3/2012

Modern building, this is a high end diner with good fresh menu. I like to get their natural burger but will warn you, you'll have to go to the gym before. more

Best Breakfast in Seattle 12/11/2011

This is my new favorite breakfast place. Everything I've tried from the egg dishes, to pancakes are awesome. I've heard great things about lunch but haven't had a chance to try. Skillet does get busy, be prepared to wait or go at off peak hours. Coffee is also excellent. more

Been here twice, had the signature burger and the Chicken sandwich the second time. This place could serve each one as the only specialty and be popular, partner loved her dish too. more

Best Sandwichs and Natural Grass Fed Burgers. The Chicken with fennel seed crust, pickled and charred jalapeño aioli, kale, potato bread is my favorite. Also fries and salads are good. A bit pricey but you pay for quality. more

I have tried there street truck several times and enjoyed each dish so when I saw that they have opened a diner I couldn’t wait to try. The first time I stopped by it was packed with long line waiting outside so I decide to go another day. Next time I was again short for time and being labor day weekend I knew the line would be long, sure enough the wait was 40 mintues! I called in an order of fried chicken sammy with salad. Delicious as usual and some day hope to dine in. more
