A great view of the west side of the Bay Bridge, potent martini s and pretty good food. Our server was fun and experienced. Decor a bit dated, but not too bad. Good SF dinner with typical SF prices. more

This was the best food I had in SF while I was here. I know there are great places in the city but the few places I tried out that had great reviews, weren't that great.\r \r They did the fried prawns pefectly. The house red was really good, earthy and slightly bold. I appreciated the view. It does seem run down and out dated. Service was excellent. I had a steak, cooked medium and they did it right! Seared with a great center to boot and no additives needed.\r \r The candelight as it got dark was a nice touch! This was our last meal before we left to head home and it capped off our vacation beautifully. more

Went here with my family to Celebrate Mother's day on 7pm this past Saturday night. This is the best spot in SF to see the Bay Bridge and the new lights. The host sat the 6 of us right by the window and we got to see the best views of the Bay. They could update some of the things inside, but it adds to the charm that is Sinbad's. Our waitress was outstanding, even going as far to let us know that there is a huge party about to order, allowing us a good heads up that we should order in order to not be bothered by any wait. And even after we ordered, our food came out very quickly. Their seafood is extremely fresh and delicious. I recommend the bouillabaise. This restaurant is great for events and I am very happy with my choice. more

I chose this restaurant for a late business lunch with contacts from Europe who had very limited time in SF. It was a sunny day, and with a window table we watched the ferries coming and going and the sailboats practicing for the Americas Cup. Oh...the food was good, too -- a nice mix of traditional SF cuisine and some modern touches. The blackened salmon was excellent. more

The place is bit worn out but the view of the bay and lighted bridge is spectacular. My steak was tender, juicy and cooked perfect. My date said her clam chowder soup was delicious but bit salty. Overall, it was a nice and romantic dinner. more

I liked their mango chicken fettucini A LOT, it was delicious pasta with a twist, very fulfilling, especially for a dieter like me. And if you like dining with a view, this restaurant is for you. I just loved gazing at the calm bay on a beautiful sunny day. more

Our family had dinner at Sinbad's last Saturday night. The waiter and Maitre D were very friendly and provided great service. The food was great! The view of the Bay Bridge lights was excellent....but if you want to see them, planning on being there...or staying until 8:00 - 8:30 pm. more

Food was great and portion was just enough; waitstaff was friendly and attentive. Most of all, the view was just fantastic. The lighted bridge was spectacular!! I cant wait to bring my guests next time. Bit pricey but worth it. more

Their outside sitting was the best- lots of sunshine, fresh air and amazing view of the bay. We enjoyed looking at sailboats and big ship that passed by. Wine and food were good, their calamari appetizer is worth another visit, they were really tasty, fresh and not rubbery. more

Took the ferry from Sausalito to San Francisco and people working for Ferry told me to try Sinbad's on the water. Went there and their recommendation was right. I couldn't believe it. I was havng a great lunch sitting right on the ocean. Sinbad's is the best. more

Sinbad's view are so nice adn relaxing. I didn't want to leave. Everyone I was with was very complimentary of everything. Seafood is great, I ordered cajon salmon - delicious. I am a very happy customer. more

Fantastic view, had lunch with office crew. Impressive seeing all the sea lions and fishing boats. Ordered the swordfish and it was great. Everyone else had a great time as well. Sinbad's is unbeatable. more

Had big banquet at Sinbads in their private garden room. Couldn't believe how all the food came out at he same time, it was so delicious. Recommend Sinbads for anyone considering a private party. more

good task 1/22/2013

Went to the bar with the boys for serious drinking at Sinbads. Bartender was Doug and he was super. No lounge has that view. Great eating and appetizers, great discovery. more
