Absolutely horrible. If they don't plan on staying true to their word they should not say anything. They should not tell you it will take about 2 weeks for something you ordered...

LOVE THIS PLACE! It's HUGE! They carry so many product lines and such a variety of items. I love to crop here during the week when it's free, and love going to the special and monthly crops - fun, food and friends! The classes are great too - AND, they even take competitor's coupons! more

BEST customer service EVER! 3/5/2012

The girls there are so helpful, friendly and really get to know you- they remembered my name the second time I was in there shopping. They carry so much more than Michaels, JoAnns or Beverlys. I went to a day long crop there for the first time a few months ago and it was so fun, food was great and made new friends. They provided your own work space and a cute make and take and we even played a game for prizes. They are like family and I love that I am welcomed and talked to everytime I am there. No where else has that kind of customer service. more

AWESOME Scrapbooking Store 3/16/2010

I love LOVE Simply Scrapbooks, they are a great bunch over there. I just love Tracy who orders for them, she always so helpful to me when I come in and answers all my questions and keeps me posted of new items by giving me a call... where can you find that? They have a huge variety of products, ones I cant find anywhere else in town like Copic Markers, Crafty Secrets, Unity Stamp Co Stamps, etc. Great scrapbooking store, best in town!!! If your coming thru make sure you stop by there, you wont be disappointed! Pros: Helpful, Friendly, Have what I want Cons: Slow getting new products more

Awesome quality products, superb customer service 2/5/2010

The 5,000+ square foot store is not only ideally located but far surpasses any others with its range of products and supplies. Customer service is the mainstay; staff is always positive, pleasant and, most importantly, there to help each and every customer. Any customer request, no matter the size, is promptly addressed and conscientiously fulfilled. The range of scheduled classes and the product samples displayed demonstrate a commitment to the customer's needs and requests. Simply put: they go out of their way for the customer. Pros: Best scrapbooking store I have encountered more

DON'T SHOP at Simply Scrapbooks 6/30/2009

Absolutely horrible. If they don't plan on staying true to their word they should not say anything. They should not tell you it will take about 2 weeks for something you ordered to come in if they know it may take longer. (I would have bought it at TARGET if I knew it was going to take over a month.) They should also tell you if it is not going to arrive on time. I went in TWICE to check on the status of the order and was lied to and treated like a child by multiple employees. I graduated from Berkeley. I think I can understand the situation without being belittled. I won't be shopping at this store again. It is not worth helping a local business if the service is horrible. more
