Simply Inviting

I am getting married in 2 weeks. A destination wedding in Italy. I leave in 2 days. I am taking the time to write this review because I am SO incredibly impressed with Simply Inviting. The store owner, Tahtianna, made all of my wedding ideas come to life. I sent flash cards - made by Tahtianna as save the dates, wine bottles (labels and boxes and wrap for boxes made by Tahtianna) for my invitations. She made my service booklets, welcome bag envelopes filled with a map of the town, a itinerary for the activities and meals, and a special note from the bride and groom. She made my seating cards, additional signs that I needed. She made my thank you cards! Everything was a theme. Everything was different but went together so beautifully. She was easy to work with, fast turnaround, flexible, open minded, and all of this at an affordable price. She is beyond talented and I am a customer for life. I would give her 10 stars if I could. My daughter and I started working with Tahtianna after our one and only bridal show where she offered a discount on the seating chart.....and we continued to work with her for months until the entire event was complete!!! What she helped us create for my daughter's wedding was unbelievable!! From the Save-the-Date to the BEAUTIFUL invitiation...to the menus, programs, table numbers....etc... for such a small shop....literally a one-woman show unless we count her adorable dog's sporadic appearance....her customer service is unsurpassed!!! She met every deadline, every change, every detail with perfection!! I would HIGHLY recommend Tahtianna and Simply Inviting to simply everyone!!! although the 2 sisters are ok to deal with, they made many errors on our wedding invitations. they offered us a discount not to leave and it almost felt like she was begging us to stay but we didn't feel right anymore. more

Our invitation are amazing - exactly what we envisioned! I gave Tahtianna an idea of what we were looking for and within in minutes she had the perfect invitation to show us. Aside from the gorgeous invitation, what I found most appealing about the experience was Tahtianna's above and beyond customer service. She is very easy going and simply takes care of everything. All you have to do is pick out the invitations and give her the guest list. We e-mailed on a regular basis, she answered in a timely fashion and handled my many mistakes (my fault) like a champ and with a smile. She is also very kind and unpretentious - I walked in there with a vision, but also a budget, and she treated me as she would have treated a customer with 3 times the budget. I visited simply inviting for my wedding invitations and was treated very unprofessionally. I was spoken down to and basically told that they did not care to help me. The woman who was working there was rude Pros: Leaving Cons: Very Rude!! more

I had a great experience. Tahtianna was incredibly helpful and nice. She handled everything from beginning to end professionally and worked with me through numerous drafts (picky bride!). I couldn't recommend her more! more

I went to 3 other places in my area and by far Simply Inviting was the best!! First of all the shop is in a great location and it's so nice in there. They have tables to sit at so you feel really comfortable looking through books. They were extremely friendly, no pressure, their prices were great... and they had pretty much everything we needed! We picked out our invitations in about an hour, and the owner was so helpful with us when it came to wording. Our invitations came in last week and they turned out BEAUTIFUL! More than what I expected!! I highly recommend them and we'll definitely be using Simply Inviting for our favors, programs and all the extra stuff we need for our wedding!!
