My wife and I found Silver Springs to be terribly loud. We voiced our concerns to The Property Manager (S.K) who was less that helpful and at times rude. Each time we spoke to her she seemed genuine when she said that she would talk to the people who were consistently being loud and even went as far as telling us that she would issue them warnings for eviction if things did not change. Over the course of 7 months the noise continued with no resolve, so as a last resort we called the corporate office. They were very helpful and agreed to let us out of our 1 year lease if things did not get any better. Absolutely nothing changed so we moved out of our apartment. I have never been happier than I am to be out of Silver Springs. If you move here count on many sleepless nights and frustrating days. I would not wish for anyone else to go through this. I am not the kind of person who writes reviews, but as a person who reads many reviews, I wish that I would have read a review like this before wasting my time in a horrible living environment.
