business cards 7/16/2018

I started working with them in march of 2018 , had to call a few times and still took over 8 weeks to receive the cards. they were the wrong color its now the middle of July and after calling about the cards the person answering my call keeps saying they will be ready in a few days it has been 3 weeks from my last call. As I have used them in the past for my t shirts and hats I will be looking to take my business somewhere different. more

Good: They were very patient with my numerous questions, concerns, and modifications to my order. Every member of the staff that I came in contact with was polite and really made me feel as though I was their priority. Being a first time customer, the owner even took time to speak with me when I picked my goods up to ensure every element of the design and service was satisfactory.. Bad: I had a very pleasant experience with this company. Improvements: None. Other: I highly recommend dealing with this business. I called several of their competitors and Silkscreen Unlimited was not only cheaper, but, even over the phone, their staff couldn't have been nicer!. more

poor customer service 3/5/2007

The product turned out just fine (kudos to the designers), but the service was terrible and we were overcharged. The owner greeted us with an unprofessional attitude and brash service at both encounters for this project. Furthermore, with a four day time frame to complete the simple design, we were charged $50 for one shirt (without graphics). NOTE: a $25 additional fee is assessed if the the order is placed allowing on three days to complete the job. If you value customer service, I don't recommend Silk Screen Unlimited. more
