My day started perfect until I was involved in a terrible accident in the morning traffic. My Mercedes was a mess! The CHP officer called Silicon Valley Tow to have my vehicle towed away. I was expecting a grease monkey to show up but to my surprise the tow driver was so customer service oriented! He was even concerned about my well being. He informed me that they were also a Body Shop & could provide me with a free estimate for the repair of my vehicle. At first I thought of having it towed home but I was convinced that it was a good decision to have it towed Silicon Valley Autobody & Tow after speaking with Todd the tow driver.
