My husband & I went for our anniversary, great romantic place. The inside of the resturant was very upscale, very much fine dining. We started our meal with the brie, appitizer. What a really nice appiterizer.I had the Champanged poched flounder, very good. The flounder was so light. My husband had the ribeye with the gongozal cream. We shared both dishes, so as good as the flounder was I will have the ribeye next time. They gave us a free dessert so we chose the white chocolate, bread pudding. We had baby sitter issues so we had to rush home. It was so nice to have it to reheat and share after our darling went to sleep. They made our anniversay a night to remember. Great food, great atmosphere! My fiancee and I have dined at Signature Bistro many times and have yet to be disappointed. Every dish we have ever had there has been amazing. Our favorites include the crab cakes, apple & brie salad, and their many specials (pork ribs, tilapia, and etc). Hats off to the chef! Signature bistro is a little pricey, but definitely worth it! more

My husband and I stayed in the Seabrook , TX area for 10 days during the holidays , and after discovering the Signature Bistro we went back 3 times for lunch and dinners. It's the sort of restaurant experience you always hope to have, but seldom do. The food is superb, and I can't say enough about the service. Everything we ate there was wonderful - as well as a good value. And we were made to feel welcome and appreciated from our first visit. The NEW OWNERS, Melissa Elizabeth and chef Kevin were a pleasure, and their staff is excellent. We cannot wait to return. Pros: The staff, Melissa, Elizabeth and Chef Kevin were great! Cons: Just can't seem to get there enough more

I love this place! Signature Bistro is perfect for any occasion whether you?re entertaining a group of your friends and family, on a romantic date, or just having a relaxing dinner. Everything on the menu is wonderful! The seafood is as fresh as you can get and the steaks and pork chops are awesome too. There are not many restaurants these days where the owners and chef are actually walking around greeting tables, but here you are guaranteed to talk to at least one of them on each visit. A very personal and pleasant experience! more

Wonderful place! I am so very proud of Melissa and think the world of her. How wonderful to be able to go into business with family. The food was out of this world. I had the lobster ravioli and caesar salad. My husband had the grilled mahi with saffron rice and veggies (great choice!) The Riesling was so sweet and I loved every sip. The new owners are doing a wonderful job and we will definitely make this a regular dinner hot spot! Keep up the good work! more

Love this place! The food is amazing! I usually get the snapper with veggies and the apple n brie salad. This restaurant knows how to cook fish! I also love the bread with the olive oil and garlic basil dip. The help is very professional and attentive; it feels like you have a personal waiter only waiting on your table. Be careful ordering the special, or don't be surprised when you discover that your freshly flown in Dover sole was $35 a plate. Yummy, yummy, yummy! Pros: Personalized 5 star service, Perfectly fresh seafood, quaint Cons: I cant afford to eat here 3 *week as I would like to! more

I learned about Signature Bistro from a friend who lives in the Seabrook area and rated it highly for the food and personal service. We have dined there twice now and have enjoyed both experiences. It's a mom-pop bistro and the owners are always around. Service has been excellent. The salads are probably the best feature on the menu, and we've not been disappointed by the entrees. SB is quite small, and can get very loud. Also, there is a door on the front of the building (main dining area) that opens out onto Nasa Rd 1, although the main entrance is in the rear of the buidling. One night we were there and it was quite cold outside. Some idiot parents were allowing their kids to run around and go in and out this door repeatedly, causing the place to be cold and the rest of the customers to be quite agitated. Another night we had several people walk in thinking it was the main entrance. Pros: Service, salads, wine list, entrees Cons: Cramped dining room, loud, and that @!%$ front door! more
