I was at your Dealership today to get my 2012 Dodge Carvan looked at after I was told by Landmark that they would not fix my Oil blow back into the air filter problem. I was advised by Valvoline today when getting the oil changed that they have had other customers have the same problem with Landmark and they recommended for me to go straight to your shop that you all will not give me the run around. The service rep I spoke to, I forgot his name, was great he just asked for my keys and said let me get this fixed for you. He came to me and told me the problem was a simple fix but he did not have the part in, so he ordered it and said it would be in the next day and that whenever I was able to bring the van back, he would leave the ticket open and you all would get me in right away and only take a few minutes to fix. I just want to thank you all for making customer service easy and friendly like it should be for factory warranty issues. I just wish I would have now bought the van from you all inside of Landmark who only cares about making money off people unlike your dealership you treat people as customer not just open wallets. I will make sure I tell everyone I know about the nasty service I got from landmark and the great/fast friendly service I got from your dealership and for them to shop for car from you all.
