Unresponsive to problem. 8/16/2014

We have a lengthy unpaved driveway on a hill that was ripped apart during storms earlier this summer. Shupp's gave as a great quote, explained in great details what we needed to do to pave a surface that seemed un-pavable, and completed the job in a timely, professional manner. The crew were friendly, hard-working, and experts in what they do. However, we now have rainwater (not even from a storm) forming a large puddle that spills into our garage - a problem that did not exist before the $13,000 in work our family paid for paving services. They are being unresponsive in resolving the issue they created. more

By processing our own soil,we can control the quality of the product. Soil testing performed periodically throughout the year. Results are available upon request.
