We have a lengthy unpaved driveway on a hill that was ripped apart during storms earlier this summer. Shupp's gave as a great quote, explained in great details what we needed to do to pave a surface that seemed un-pavable, and completed the job in a timely, professional manner. The crew were friendly, hard-working, and experts in what they do. However, we now have rainwater (not even from a storm) forming a large puddle that spills into our garage - a problem that did not exist before the $13,000 in work our family paid for paving services. They are being unresponsive in resolving the issue they created.
