WORST EVER...still fighting with them since September 2012....never call back, don't fix their mistakes, BBB gave them F+ - they make appointments to fix but do not come; they take the prize in being the worst ever company to deal with.....fair warning....\r \r Today is April 29, the day they were coming (they finally called after my bugging them) and made an appointment to fix door....surprise....they never showed. I called Brian again (on his cell, you want it?) and he said he will call me back....yeah, right....waiting for that one. more

We purchased custom shower doors on January 4th and as of today, March 21st, we still do not have shower doors. The customer service is terrible; they don't return phone calls and when you finally reach someone, you are given the runaround, waiting for ""crews"" to show up and never do. The shower doors leak and we are unable to use. We have waited over and over again for workmen to redo the job and no one shows up. Stay away from this company. They are liars and the worst. Shame on you Shower Crafters!!! Our entire first floor of our home has been rebuilt since Hurricane Sandy and in almost three months we cannot have properly made and installed shower doors complete more

What a sham this company is. \r \r The sales people my wife it would take 3 or 4 weeks to get our shower. Well, it took 3 MONTHS. I almost didn't believe they would ever come, because I got rescheduled so many times. And nobody could ever tell me why I'm being rescheduled. It was always some story about the glass is in brooklyn or this or that. I was patient after the hurricane because we all got hurt, but this is just terrible. \r \r And then my shower leaked. And now nobody is coming to fix my leak. Every time I call it's some story about how they don't have a ""service crew"" up and running yet... but HELLO, the recording when you are on hold says ""We have a FLEET of service technicians"". \r \r Don't trust these shysters. \r more

I agree 100 % with Lee K. Horrible experience with this company. They installed 2/3 of the custom shower door and never came back to finish, nor would they return our numerous phone calls. I too filed a BBB report, which I got no response to. I have a shower door that has two of its three panes of glass and water gets everywhere, which also means the warranty is worthless. Wish I did more investigating before I hired them. Hopefully this will help someone who is thinking of hiring them. more

This is the worst company I ever dealt with. I would stay as far away as I can. They are very unprofessional. They don't return phone calls. They can't give you an exact date of installation when asked. Just terrible. Put a complaint in with the better business burenal. And will request a refund. So my best advice is not to use them. more

Best Shower Doors in Town and Anywhere Else 8/12/2009

They provide the one on one customer service and they are extremely polite and neat. I will definitely recommend Showercrafters. Pros: Great quality and just beautiful doors Cons: No drawbacks at all more

SHOWER CRAFTERS IS THE WORST EVER 8/5/2008

For the money these guys ask for, you would expect quality service and product..FAR FROM IT! They ruined our bathroom tiles and had to do the shower 3 times and it is still not correct..the doors don't open and it leaks. Nobody seems to be too concerned when we call and there is always an excuse. Please do your homework first because shower crafters is HORRIBLE. more
