I had one of the worst experiences of my life at Shoguns Japanese Steak House. I have never experienced something like this in my life. I ordered the shrimp appetizer to go along with my meal that includes shrimp for $4.25 extra. I received 4 extra shrimp for my $4.25 which is a total ripoff. I talked the manager after our meal to question the lack of shrimp for the price. He said that was the normal serving and there was nothing he could do about it. The menu said nothing about the quantity which I guess is my fault for not asking instead of assuming. Our tab was over $70 and I didn't think the manager would object to taking $4.25 off but I was wrong. I would suggest asking about the quantity before ordering. We totally enjoyed the restaurants. Service was attentive but not obtrusive. The chef's skill with a knife was actually better than in some of the shogun restaurants in Japan. We'd recommend this place to anyone! Pros: great service, entertaining Cons: food was a bit dry more
