Best salon ever! 1/14/2012

I have been going to this salon for almost 15 years.I now live an hour away but still make the drive because I have tried a couple times to go somewhere closer-and end up back at Sheltons getting my hair fixed.It is worth the drive to know it will be done right and I will leave feeling confident and completely happy.Everyone from the front desk to the shampoo staff to the estheticians and the sylists are friendly and make you feel welcome and at home.Not all high end salons are like that..in fact I have experienced quite the opposite at other salons.Stephanie is my stylist and has been there for like 20 years.I have never had a complaint with her.Absolutely wonderful!And getting your brows waxed by Virginia is just a joy!.she actually makes it pleasant and fun!I highly reccomend this salon for anyone who wants a salon they will always go back to or for that person who keeps going to different places trying to get what they want but not getting great results.This is the place!!Look no more. more

Didn't like my stylist 1/10/2012

I felt like i was ushered out. Once i was done with my hair wash my stylist didn't do much but comb my hair n said thank u here is your bill. Guess what i didn't leave a tip. more

Shampoo, Haircut, & Blowdry 1/3/2012

Corey provides me with the best haircut and style. Also, he is very friendly, personable, and is very professional. The personnel at the Shelton's in Arlington have always provided excellent service. The only suggestion I would offer is in the shampooing area. It would be super if the technicians would provide a short head and neck massage with their service. more

Hair coloring 1/1/2012

Great coloring as always only problem I saw is that I was told it would be a 'quick 30 minute appt' and I left almost 2 hours later. There was no other services at this time other than coloring. I will be back just wish it would have been more true to time promised. more
