I had them come out and give me an estimate for a new furnace. They asked me up front is the company that gives you the lowest quote going to win? I told them right now we have to burrow the money for the furnace, so yes. They wouldn't even give me a quote. I wish I had more money at the time I would have had them do it. I like thier ideals! PROS: if you want the best have them do it CONS: cost is too high for middle class America more
