I recently went to Shane's rib Shack on Peachtree Industrial for a catered lunch for my work. I called ahead and requested what I needed for 25 people and not only received a great price but when I arrived to pick it up, everything was ready, including silverware, plates, cups, serving spoons, even ice! The staff was friendly and helped me carry all of my items out to the car. In times like these when customer service, in my opinion, is at an all time low I was extremely impressed by my experience at Shane's. more
