Made great efforts to resolve issues 1/30/2012

Very kind managers and employees at Mini Cooper. Fixed the problem quickly and made quick and easy efforts to contact me and help solve things. Initially I thought the diagnoses was false on their part when it was not, except for one thing that they immediately attempted to resolve. They were helpful and respectful the entire time and especially extra courteous with my cool convertible rental ;-) I am very happy with the way they handled the situation. more

Best Car Dealship Experience I Have Ever Had 6/23/2011

I bought my MINI from them and they were great! They were super helpful, low pressure, and not to mention they have the coolest designed dealership I have seen. I walked in to find a smiling face ready to help me find my dream car. They knew excatly want to was looking for and didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't want. This was the best experiance that I have ever had with a car dealership. I highly recommend them! more

sewell saab plano repair shop is a joke. bought a 05 from Volvo of Richardson, took it to sewell for full inspection for I notice car was not just right, cost $230, pass w/flying colors. because of the guaranty from sewell saab that none is wrong w/the car; closed the deal with V.O.R - 5 days past just to have clutch go out. crap of job sewell repair tech's. Cons: to many to list, pls. see in details. more
