I never take the time to write reviews...but I feel these guys deserve a shout out! We had been thinking about re-doing our deck and adding a patio for some time... and I finally called Randy to see what he could do for us. We weren't exactly sure what to do, so I was nervous to let them ""create"" something without exact plans. The patio turned out more beautiful than my husband and I could ever dreamed up...and we are enjoying our huge deck every day! They were professional and friendly, and got the job done quickly and at the price we were quoted! I used Setting Sun for a deck addition and patio in my back yard two years ago. The owner personally came out to my home and not only helped me with desing ideas, but educated me on all of the several patio and deck choices. We were able to narrow materials down to three and had settled on a beautiful patio design. Two days later I received and email with the cost differences between the three pavers and Deck addition. I decided to resurface my deck with #1 deck boards and they ""picture framed"" the deck so you can not see where the new deck stopped and the addition started. The patio is prettier than I could have ever imagined. The border they used is beautiful and we tweaked the design on site which made me feel a part of the process. The owner, his brother, and brother-in-law did all of the installation from start to finish - now that is what I call a family business! I have them scheduled to build a front and side walkway and two retaining walls for this spring and highly recommend them. Pros: Started on time, finished on time and budget, great to work with!
