great experience 1/27/2011

We had a great experience with Miller Toyota. Tracy and Hector is the Sales Department were friendly, helpful, honest and very easy to deal with. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new or preowned car. I got the 2010 Prius. We were so happy with our new Prius and our overall experience at Miller, that, a few weeks later, when it came time for my wife to get a new car, we went back to Miler and got a second Prius for her (different color of course...) more

very honest 1/19/2011

It saved me a trip to Longo Toyota, which is like 30 miles away from where I live. Miller Toyota in Culver City is so nearby my home, but I was willing to drive 30 miles away for a better price. However, I was able to get the same price from Miller Toyota and saved my valuable time. I did it, so I don't see why anyone can't. Just bring the lowest price that Longo Toyota offered to you to this dealer. My sales guy was Mayer Cohan. He was very honest and funny. more

I've never done repairs anywhere else in town, so I can't speak to MM Toyota prices as compared to other shops. However, because their location is so convenient for me and I trust the service people, I've never felt the need to get quotes elsewhere. I've never been quoted a price I thought was outrageous. The work has generally been done quickly and the communication from the staff has been good during the repair process. So, my experience in all these years has been very positive and I'd recommend MM Toyota to a friend. more

I've been taking my Camry to Mike Miller Toyota for about six years. I drop it off regularly for an oil change (cheaper than Jiffy Lube or the like if you use the coupons MM Toyota sends you in the mail). They always do a diagnostic on the car while it's in for the oil change and let me know if anything else needs fixing. My car is getting really old, so it often needs to have things replaced or adjusted. I always ask the service guys if that fix they're recommending *really* needs doing or if I can put it on the back burner for a while. I've always found them to be pretty frank about what needs to be done and what can wait, and I pick and choose my repairs from there. more

Going to Miller Toyota was such an amazing experience for us. Wit ease and satisfaction we were able to lease our 2010 Prius. Both Lou and Matt were so nice and helpful, and really made this car experience a piece of cake. We will continue to highly recommending Miller Toyota to all of our friends and family. Honestly, we are considering going back today to purchase another vehicle from Matt and Lou. We would have never expected such incredible customer service, and will only be leasing and purchasing cars from Miller Toyota from now on. more

TRUSTWORTHY! 12/21/2010

Ok so from my initial review to now. My experience has changed, specifically with the service department. And that is because of one person. Marcie! She has been just completely awesome on every visit for getting my car serviced that we both have a love/hate relationship for,lol. She is very attentive, communicative, great personality and the one keyword with dealing with servicing your car, TRUSTWORTHY!. I really hope that she does not go anywhere for as long as I have my vehicle. And her partner Harry is awesome as well. These two I definitely would recommend you ask for when bringing your car here. more

After lots of research online and multiple visits to various dealerships, I returned to this dealership (and to this department) because they were the most laid back and knowledgeable team I met. DANNY, LEE, GARY, and RAMONA are kind, intelligent sales people. Whether you are still just researching or ready to pull the trigger, go talk to these folks, they are good people who know their product inside and out. Don't let other dealerships intimidate you or take the joy out of this major decision! more

I was helped immediately 12/15/2010

I got a ticket for needing a new bulb in my headlight. It's near my house, and I went during the day, during the week. I was helped immediately, and instead of doing a whole work order, they just had me buy the bulb in the parts store, and they popped it in. more

pleasantly surprised 12/14/2010

I have always been skeptical about the service I have received at car dealerships. Recently I had to go to Miller Toyota to have a recall done on my Camry and I was pleasantly surprised at the up beat professional service I received. Joanna my service rep gave me the best service I have ever had at any car dealership. She was able to get me out quicker than expected and called me as soon as the vehicle was ready. They also did a full inspection at no charge; I was told they do this every time your vehicle comes in for service. They discovered a nail in one of my tires I was unaware of, and was able to get that fixed before heading out of town. I will definitely recommend all the people I know to get their Toyotas serviced at Miller Toyota. Thanks again Joanna. more

Miller Toyota's Internet Sales Department defy the car dealership stereotype! If you are looking for a new vehicle and you're discouraged by the negative, cut throat, you-are-my-commission-not-a-human-being attitude you've experienced elsewhere then RUN to Miller Toyota. I got a fantastic deal on a Prius III (lease) and was treated with kindness and respect from start to finish. more
