I have to say you really dropped the ball on the diagnostic for Danielle's Chrysler 300. Chris, you called me last week to let me know that you were so slammed that you would have to move her appt to Monday. That was a little frustrating, since she made arrangements to have her car there for you guys to pick up. Chris promised me that someone would come by in the afternoon on Monday to pick up her car......i never received a call until Josh called to let me know that the transmission was done, which was around 3 pm. Josh, you mentioned that Chris would call Danielle and by the time I left the office at 5pm, she never received a call. She has decided to go somewhere else because she has felt she was given the runnaround. I am really disappointed with how this all played out. This really makes me think twice about continuing to use your services.......
