Worst Service Provider 6/28/2013

Serious Fleet Division charges prices for items they are supposed fix that don't fix the problem and even though their invoices state they changed the part they deny it. Worst Customer Service we have ever experienced. Would not recommend them to anyone. Chaparral Glass, Inc. more

Did an oil change but was in and out very quickly and great service. My technician was very pleased with the service and cleanliness of the facility. Went here after having problems with Meineke, well worth a couple more bucks. more

Higher Standard of Service 2/13/2013

I first inquired with Serious about replacing a broken door handle on my vehcile after being recommended to them from a friend. Not only did they fix the broken handle same-day, they also picked up the vehicle from an offsight location and returned it to me free of charge. I was extremely happy with the finished product and the customer service I received throughout the short process. more
