See's Candies

You can't go wrong with See's Candies. Giving them as a gift to someone else or as a gift to yourself, these chocolates really are addictive. There are so many different flavors to choose from. My personal favorite and recommendation is the Key Lime. It has a white chocolate outside with the key lime inside and let me just tell you, don't make yourself get sick eating too many! They are that good--you just want to keep popping them in your mouth and then 5 minutes later you'll feel the pain. LOL! See's Candies has other things besides just chocolate. You'll find something for everyone there. The staff is always really nice and helpful and they will give you a free sample of chocolate as soon as you walk in the door. I received a HUGE box of assorted chocolates for Christmas and was disappointed. I am a huge chocolate fan but these didn't measure up to the quality of other chocolate shops. The flavor was fresh enough, it just seemed to be lacking the really deep sinful taste that custom chocolates should have in my opinion. I have no complaints about service as I have been in the store with my sister (who loves See's) and the staff was very quick to work through the holiday crowd. more

See's is a family favorite in our house. Their candies are excellent. I love their bordeauxs and dark chocolate chip truffles (I could go on and on listing the ones I love but I thought I would control myself). They are busy during the candy holidays (valentines, christmas, easter) but worth the wait. Be sure to pick out a custom box if you want your candy to be as fresh as possible. more
