The sales guy tried to get me to put $500 down on a vehicle I was interested in so they would hold it for me and not sell it to somebody else. It was the end of the day when I looked at it and all I had on me was $30, so he took that as a hold on the vehicle stating that it was completely refundable. I came back two days later with my finances in order, test drove the vehicle again and decided that unfortunately it was not the vehicle for me. They refused to give me the ""refundable"" $30 back. Scott Thayer lost his temper, started raising his voice and turning red, pretty upset about losing a sale (I intended to buy, it just turned out the vehicle really wasn't right for me). Thank God I did not actually put the $500 down they originally wanted to hold the vehicle -- I wouldn't have ever seen it again. They tried to get it out of me. Terribly sketchy. Whatever vehicle you're looking at is not worth the risk involved with a business and reputation like theirs, look around and read their reviews. You're better off just finding a comparable vehicle from a reputable dealer so you're safe.
