These guys were most helpful Justin squared is an amazing team of Justens and I appreciate both the service and knowledge that came with them. Doing business with them was most agreeable 7/5/2016

Scott Hale Plumbing, Heating & Air had to replace an old drain in the laundry room that had basically corroded away, and they did an excellent job. I had noticed it and we just made an appointment, and they arrived on time. There were three or four plumbers who came out and they were nice folks, and they let me know what they were doing. I use the company because my builder uses them, and has used them for a long time. They've worked on my other house as well. more

Installed quickly 6/30/2016

With the hot weather, I know they were busy, but they came within 2 days and did the install the same day as the service call. I appreciated the discount for being a past customer, too. more

Excellent service. 6/28/2016

I've used Scott Hale Plumbing for years. This time they fixed pipes broken by another contractor removing a tree stump. He managed to break 3 sprinkler lines in 7 places. Scott Hale got it fixed the next day, in 100 degree weather, along with a couple of other sprinkler items they notices. Their prices are fair; but, expect to pay for exceptional quality and service. more

Scott Hale Plumbing, Heating & Air were quite responsive. Their techs were polite and seemed knowledgeable. They addressed my concerns and they got things done in a reasonable amount of time. They originally came out to troubleshoot my HVAC system because the cooling had stopped working. They diagnosed the problem as needing a new compressor, which I was fairly confident that was the issue. They came out a couple of days later to replace it and they replaced the furnace, as well. My total experience with them was very good. more

Gage was thorough in his investigation; however, he was unable to identify the problem and therefore couldn't correct the issue. Will call him again though if the problem persists. more

Attentive and cordial service , but unfinished job. 6/13/2016

They tried to unclog the drain , it didn't work , they told me maybe it was the garbage disposal , kind of guessing . I got the year plan membership . No very impress with the couple of thechnicians I got . The problem is still there. more

Excellent Service - Top Notch 6/11/2016

I discovered Friday morning my water heater wasn't working. I called my usual plumber who told me they were booked and offered to refer me to another plumber. I said no thanks cause I had pretty much given up on this company and this was the final straw, i also wanted to find someone who could come that same day as I was heading out of town next week. Scott Hale plumbing came out to my home within a couple hours, awesome response time. It wasn't much of a surprise to me when the rep Jason told me my water heater had to be replaced. I decided to go with a tankless water heater and assumed it would take a couple weeks before it could be installed. Not only did they have it in stock, but they could install it today as well. I was very impressed with how quickly these guys were able to respond and fix the problem same day. Great Job Scott Hale Plumbing!!! I'm so glad I don't need to look for another plumber anymore. more

Scott Hale Plumbing, Heating & Air's service was excellent. I hired them to fix a seam for us. The plumber showed up earlier than I thought they would, which was great. He did the job very quickly. They were very professional and the job was well done. I couldn't be any happier and I would 100% recommend them. They were wonderful. more

Tech was on time and acted in a professional manner for the entire time it took to check the AC after writing his report took the time to explain his findings to us. more
