I took my car in due to it smelling of fuel real bad. For them to fix it, they quoted me $540. I spent that afternoon calling around to get quotes from other places. Everyone was in the $300's and $400's. So, I decided to pick my car up and take it somewhere else. I drove home and a couple hours later, I went to run an errand and saw that my car had dripped a HUGE puddle of gas (which it was not doing before). I called them to ask what was going on and if it was okay to drive. They told me it was dripping before. Well, since it is my car and I see it all the time, I am sure it was not dripping before. I'm glad this random man told me my car was dripping before. They wouldn't discuss with me what was going on but just said it wasn't safe to drive anymore. And that was that. I will not be returning here for service. more

Per our conversation, I spoke to my wife and informed her you will be calling her to schedule an appointment to get a key, manual, and the iPod/USB port fixed. I usually don't write reviews on these things, but I was treated so well that I feel I must. I recently sent a request over the Internet for a price quote, and I had a couple of questions about the different options avaialble. Jamie . my Salesman called me back almost immediately. He answered all of my questions. I received a great deal on my new 370Z. I am looking to get a Murano soon as well, and I will definitely come back to see Jamie. and all the helpful people at South Charlotte Nissan. more

Rich was wonderful 5/16/2012

He took his time to explain everything about our new Nissan Leaf.He even took us into service and showed us where he charges the Leaf. We met the Leaf tech Joe and he answered some questions for us as well. South Charlotte Nissan and Rich are top notch. Thanks more

quick and simple 5/7/2012

I came in just to look and take a test drive.Antonio was my salesperson and I told I was just looking. I also told him I was looking at Honda and Toyota.He then told me how he has a Nissan Pathfinder with over 200,000 miles on it that he drives to visit his wife and child who life a few hours away every few days.Once I heard that I needed to hear more. Antonio made my purchase of my new Altima quick and simple. more

As soon as I walked on the car lot Alice greeted me with a smile. She had my best interest in mind. She helped me find a car that I love in price range. If you are looking for a Nissan go to South Charlotte Nissan and let Alice help you. You won't regret it! more

the easiest to do business 4/22/2011

Of my car buying experiences, this dealer was one of the easiest to do business. There was no pressure to buy and you got the feeling that Brandon and Bryan were dealing honsestly and fairly. I never questioned the integrity of the employyes that I dealt with here. The purchase experience was lengthy,as we evalauted the deals on several cars, but they never showed any impatience. I bought a 2009 Sentra for my daughter and am happy with the car and the overall experience. No doubt I would shop her for my next car. more

I want everyone to know what a great experience we had purchasing an Armada from South Charlotte Nissan. Between Rick and Brian, all our needs were anticipated. I watched my wife really enjoy "buying the car of her choice, herself!" We were not sold...we were given the pleasant chance to purchase it. The entire staff went well above and beyond during our visits and helped make our experience the best of any dealership in the area. We visited 3 other car dealerships and chose to buy from South Charlotte Nissan. more

A Wonderful Experience 3/29/2011

I had a wonderful experience while making my purchase, and for my sales person Matthew to be a great help with information etc. I have not received a survey. I received your initial letter in the mail but thats all the correspondences I received. Matthew was "great". I would give him a 10 for sure. you can send me another survey in necessary or except this email as my expression of gratitude. more
