What a great dealership! After visiting a number of HD dealerships in Vegas and AZ looking, unsuccessfully, for a 2015 Street Glide Special that I could get within my budget , I decided to give Chandler HD a shot at it. I worked with Steve Goodrich and in a matter of hours, he had my bike with all my requirements with a price that fit my budget! All the guys I worked with, Steve Goodrich, Steve from parts and Carl from finance, were excellent and willing to accommodate my requirements. Not only did I get my bike, but they included a new helmet and t-shirt! \r \r You can't go wrong with these guys! more

I just moved to Arizona (last year) and needed new shoes for my Road Glide. I knew I wanted Michelin Commander 2's, but didn't know where to start searching. I called EVERY single HD dealer in the valley-- including Buddy Stubbs. None were even close to the deal that I got at Chandler HD! Buddy wanted $690 for the pair, installed. Arrowhead HD wanted $610 for the pair-- but the one that takes the cake was Superstition Harley-- they wanted a whopping $790!!! Are you kidding me? So when I got the quote from Chandler I was impressed. I told them to hold the tires for me and I would be right there! Then, I started thinking about HOW MUCH lower they were-- I actually called him back and asked him to double-check the price. Indeed, the quoted price was accurate-- $497, installed! I could not believe how much lower they were... I thought they had the wrong bike, the wrong size-- something! But nope-- they were on the money! \r \r It didn't stop there.... \r \r After picking up the bike, I noticed the handle bars steered much more smoother. Yep, they noticed my neck bearings needed attention and took care of it-- free of charge! Wow. That's what I call customer service! The Harley store is great. A large selection of bikes and all the accessories. I found the sales staff really nice and helpful. more

I am still shopping for a bike and decided to check out Chandler Harley-Davidson. They had a good selection and the salesperson was one of the best. more

I bought a an 08 Crossbones that was wrecked. Greg did a great job of getting me the parts I needed to get it put back together plus some extras that I decided to put on it while I had it apart. I would recommend these guys to anyone that was looking for something for their Harley. Thanks for everything Greg!!! more

I have had a problem in the past too, but they always step up. just talk to the right people I also have worked in a dealership before and dont let one or two people that work there give you a thought of the whole place.they also do a lot for there hog chapter and for a bunch of charities Pros: friendly more
