My wife and I recently tried to purchase a scooter at Scooter Gallery and received terrible customer service from the start. We were given a promised delivery deadline which came and went with no contact from Scooter Gallery. We were consistently fed excuses and lies as the owner tried to string us along and get us to still wait for the scooter. We demanded a refund; the owner agreed and said he would call us the next day after he contacted schwinn. The owner never called and is now saying he will not give a refund until he applies for and receives a refund from schwinn. This has been terrible and dishonest service and when I recently shared the story with some acquaintences, they told me that they had the same experience last year. This store is notoriously shady and does not conduct business in an honest or professional manner. We have contacted the state Attorney General and other appropriate avenues to report this store. AVOID THE SCOOTER GALLERY!
