I got a new furnace from Schomburg Heating & Cooling that works fine. I also had them order a part for me one time. It didn't fit, so they took it back for me with no problems. I really appreciate their customer service and have been using them for years now! more

I've had no problems with Schomburg Heating & Cooling. I signed a contract a couple years ago with them, and they come right here to service the furnace and AC twice a year. more

Responsive service company 6/6/2013

Schomburg Heating and Cooling delivererd a new air conditioner and heat system for me a few years ago. They are very reactive if you have issues, they are reasonably priced, and they come to the house on time. Professional, responsive and do a good job. more

I have no complaints with Schomburg Heating and Cooling. I haven't had any trouble with their new units or their biannual servicing. We have had a service contract with them since 2007 and we have worked with Greg as well as other technicians and they have all been excellent. more

Schomburg Heating and Cooling did an excellent job. Their equipment is top-notch and everything he has told us about our heating and cooling units is right on, spot on. We have saved a lot of money with them through their repairs and maintenance work as well as their advice these past two years. more

Do the work well and completely 5/22/2013

Schomburg Heating and Cooling comes out in the spring and in the fall due to our maintenance contract. Additionally, we have had them come out a few times for small repairs. They do the work professionally, quickly, and completely. I would recommend them and I have no complaints with them! more

I would definitely recommend this company for your service and heating needs. 5/20/2013

Schomburg Heating & Cooling has done various service calls for me. They always come right away and fix it. I have an annual service agreement with them where they come and check the equipment before the season starts and trouble shoot everything. They are very prompt and do a good job. I've been using them for a number of years. more

Reliable, persistent workers 5/15/2013

Schomburg Heating and Cooling always get here when they say they are going to. We had them put a new furnace in and the project took much longer than we thought but they didn't take any breaks until the work was done. If I have complaints I would call them but I have been very pleased with their fall and spring maintenance. I have never had to call to remind them to come biannually either, which is great. more

Good maintenance and repairs 5/13/2013

Schomburg Heating and Cooling works on the spring and fall maintenance for both of our machines-heater and air conditioning. They take care of warranty repairs as well. They are good and we will continue to use them biannually as well as for repairs. more

Schomburg Heating & Cooling installed an new furnace two years ago and and AC system last year. I have two houses with them. Now we have a yearly maintenance contract with them. They are prompt. They do what they say they will do. I have no complaints. more

Service and repairs for our units 5/8/2013

I would recommend Schomburg Heating and Cooling, as we have had them come out twice a year to check our units. We have only used them once for repairs and I believe that is because the maintenance keeps them running well. The servicemen are very nice, always seem to be busy at work the whole time they are in our home. more

Very knowledgeable and helpful. 1/15/2013

There was an issue with a rental property's furnace not working. They came right out and assessed the problem. By the time they got there the problem had corrected itself, so they said to wait a week and call again if it was still acting up. It did, so we called them back up and they came back out. They have been very helpful and very knowledgeable as always. more

Efficient and Friendly 1/9/2013

The staff at Schomburg Heating & Cooling is very personable. They are very accommodating to work with when it comes to the customer's schedule, and when they would be working. They put in a new heat pump and furnace. The installers were efficient and friendly. It was a smooth process from start to finish. I've worked with them in the past, and I would use them again, as well as recommend to others. more
