They're all polite at Schneider One Hour. They are real nice to you, and explain everything to you, and they wear their little booties like they are supposed to. We bought our furnace off of them and every year we buy the maintenance thing for the whole year. They've been real nice, so we have no problems with them. We bought the furnace 5 years ago, and have never had any trouble with Schneider One Hour. They are really nice people to deal with. I recommend them to anybody. I already recommended them to my neighbor, and she got a new furnace put in last week by Schneider. If you need a furnace fixed, call Schneider One Hour. You'll have no trouble with them. more

Schneider One Hour was fast and efficient. 2/15/2011

Schneider One Hour proved to be professional. They arrived on time and ready to work. They did a good job and were very nice. The only drawback was that they didn't leave a manual with me. I called them a few times to ask for one to be dropped off or mailed to me. Finally, one did arrive in the mail, followed by someone dropping one off in person. Now I have two manuals. I'd use them again and recommend their services. more

Necessary, but outrageously expensive. 1/28/2011

It took Schneider One Hour over 5 hours to arrive at my house after I called them. Even though he did let me know there was one person ahead of me, it was still a really long wait. I have worked with them before, several years ago, so that was one of the main reasons I called them when my thermostat broke. That and they're one of the few service companies in the area. The total bill came out to over $200, which I thought was too expensive. The service charge must have been $90, and the part he needed was $100. Within a month, the same thing started happening with our thermostat, only this time we're hoping it won't break again. E. Norman more

They are a good company. 1/19/2011

Our furnace went out, and I found Schneider One Hour in the phone book. I picked them because they said one hour, and they did come out in about an hour. They looked over the furnace and put a piece on it to try to make it work. It didn't stay working, so we bought a new furnace. The new furnace stopped working, and when we called them they came back in less than an hour to fix it. It was just some small thing, and they came out right away. We have had no bad experiences with them. Everything is fine. It was Christmas week, so they had their job cut out for them, but all the gentlemen here were good. Everything I have heard about them has been good. My son also knew of them and said that they are a good and reputable company. Everything went well. more

Schneider One Hour did a good job. Following their service call, they made recommendations to improve our furnace system. They also advised us about subsidies we could take advantage of before they expired at the end of the year. And, they did a good job. more

One of the nicest copanies 11/22/2008

You can call in and talk to a nice person, schedule your propane delivery and it will be there same day or the next. They also have wonderful service people that will fix your furnace quickly! more
