Terrible customer service and terrible Technician support. We were on their maintenance plan. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY! They never fixed anything or cleaned anything. I truly had to call back one time after the tech left because our Units weren't working. Come to find out the Tech had forgotten to turn back on the electrical panel for the units!!!!! Then another time I had to call literally two weeks after service because of an issue and come to find out that it was something that could have been cleaned the two weeks prior!!! They still charged me for the fee for coming out the second time and to fix the cleaning issue. I do not recommend. Have now changed to another company to service our units and we are so much better off.
