The service was fine, but a couple things turned me off 5/7/2015

They replaced the part and programmed the sensors fine. I reminded the guy I made the appt with that I was a new customer and I understand there is a 10% discount for that. Sure, no problem he says. I paid my $1400 bill but no discount shows up when I get home and check my invoice (I should have looked at it more closely at the shop but I was in a hurry). To top it off, I paid $82 to have a battery light reset and 30 minutes from the shop it comes on again. I live an hour and a half from them, so going back at the drop of the hat really isn't feasible. I called to try to resolve these financial matters and spoke to the guy I picked it up from (Anthony). He said he would call back with information and never has. I don't feel comfortable paying to have a light reset when it comes on again so soon, and I think they should honor a website advertised offer to a new customer. Maybe not the way to keep customers... more

I continue to trust and return to Scheller. Whatever my issue- maintainence or unplanned- these folks know how to take care of their customer. They are super at working you in and getting work done quickly and correctly. I'm so glad I found Scheller! more

Over priced service 4/24/2015

Received my oil change yesterday and was charged $130 dollars. When I received my vehicle the fluids were not even topped off. I am running low on wind shield fluid and will have to run to an auto shop to grab some because it was not refilled during the oil change which cost me $130 dollars. more

Scheller makes sure the job is done right! 4/12/2015

I have a 2004 BMW 545i, with 95,000 miles, that needed several repairs. Timing cover and valve cover gaskets leaked, transmission oil and filter needed replacing, spark plugs were at their end of life and it was time for a few other system fluid flushes. My car runs quieter, shifts smoother and I've not had one drop of oil since Scheller changed all the applicable gaskets. Sean, who helps man the front office, was a pleasure to work with. They completed the work at a competitive cost too. I'll be back. more
