After a minor fender bender, contacted Scheller for a recommendation. Since the vehicle had not been driven regularly and I was sure after the repairs were completed, the vehicle would need major service. But, as usual, the folks at Scheller took care of what was necessary to bring the X3 up to snuff and my wallet was very happy. Thanks. more

Wouldn't honor their Quote 3/17/2015

I got a quote from Scheller to have work done on my truck and the quote was $240 so I dropped my truck off to get the work done. I received a phone call to let me know they were ready to start the work since they had found the problem and that the price was $440. I asked them why the price was $200 higher and they said that they priced the wrong part. I was then forced to pay the "diagnostic" fee just to get my truck so I could take it to an actual reputable mechanic shop. more

Professional staff, timely repair, docuemented other items which may need repair, cost of services fair 3/10/2015

I bought a timing belt kit to do the job myself. I could not remove the crankshaft pulley. They agreed to use my parts and completed the job as scheduled. more

outstanding service 2/19/2015

I have been taking my 2009 Mercedes GL to Scheller for a few years, on recommendation from a trusted friend. I can honestly say that I have never been disappointed. The staff is all courteous and helpful and the service is top notch. My car is now out of warranty and I am completely comfortable having Scheller service my car for the remainder of the time that I keep it. more

OK, but you decide. 2/16/2015

This was my first visit to Scheller. Yes, they did the job. However, the estimate I was given up front was $118, and the actual charge was $167, with no explanation as to the difference. It was only an oil change and a turn signal bulb. One of the other popular garages in town did the same thing to me on another vehicle. I guess they're all the same - get you in there and then bump the bill up by fifty bucks. more

Detailing work 2/4/2015

Was somewhat skeptical about getting my truck detailed, even though they had good reviews, didn't see any about detailing just other work. Glad I took the chance, they did a great job and was cheaper than most places I found, my truck hadn't been that clean since I bought it. more

Pleased BUT... 2/1/2015

The work performed was done completely and with quality work. Some issues however, did not mention first time customer discount, forgot my wheel lock wrench so I will have to come back and get it, it took 3 people to test drive my car after work performed which I found odd. more
