Honesty and service 7/3/2013

A service light was on my car and it had been an intermittent problem for several weeks. I was expecting to have them tell me the sensor needed replacing at a significant cost. I was pleasantly surprised that they tested all of the sensors, reset the system and checked all the tires (it was a low tire sensor) for under $50.00. I will definitely be back. more

Great service 6/11/2013

Very personal people. We just moved to Lexington last fall. We were supposed to have built a house and the gentleman at the desk asked how the construction went on the new build. WOW! I was impressed that he remembered. Great personal care and service. Love Scheller's!! more

poor work 6/10/2013

Had ac compressor replaced they broke one of the schrader service valves when recharging .Charged me $90+ to fix when system leaked down. Part cost $4.08 . Gave $30 discount . Original cost almost $900 after discount(10%) !! more

Great fast service where they actually care. 6/10/2013

I took my wife's ML350 in with a minor problem and they worked me right in. They actually seemed to want me as a customer. Which should be they way consumers are treated. But, in today's market place. We all know how rare that is anymore. This Automotive Shop actually gets it. I will certainly be back when I need service for any of my vehicles. more

Problem is not fixed. 5/23/2013

Our problem is still not fixed, we have had the car there two times and paid for the service and the air conditioner still does not work. I am sorry I cannot recommend your business under the circustances. If you really want a good repeat customers, please check the work performed and let me know why I still have the same issue I had the last two times I had my vehicle there. The air conditioner still does not work. more

Quick Service 5/15/2013

Called at 0800 and was able to get my vehicle in and repaired by 1600. Front brakes,rotor, brake lines, upper and lower ball joints, front end alignment. more
