Just a Great Service Experience 1/30/2014

Anthony was easy to talk to on the phone. The technician was nice to show me my old thermostat and explain what was going on. Plus, most importantly, they both knew I had to wait on my car, and they got me out in a very short time. Just a great job. more

Tie Rod replacement 1/22/2014

I was quoted $500 more at a national chain to replace my tie rods. I called on Monday and took the car in Tuesday and picked it up later that day. Great service, and they did what they said at the price quoted. more

I had problems, they helped me recover. 1/19/2014

My auto has recently had numerous engine gasket issues, and each was repaired. Some repairs needed follow-up, &/or contact with my warranty provider, but each time they greeted me with intentions to resolve my concerns to my satisfaction. I recommend this shop to others, because despite some unusal, problematic issues, they stuck with me, attending to my needs, and ensured my satisfaction. more

Very accomodating getting me to work after dropping my car off and getting me a loaner car when it took longer than they expected to fix my car. Very thorough in explaining things that needed to be fixed as well as charges. They were recommended to me and I would recommend them to others! more

I have my 2003 ML350 and my wife's 2008 R350 serviced at Scheller Automotive and always pleased with their jobs. They are the best shop in Lexington area who knows how to handle all Mercedes models.
