Great experience! My car was broken into, so I called the next morning - because they were the closest repair shop to me - and they got me in right away. Alan was very friendly and helpful, and made the process very simple. When I was unable to pick up my car the same day, they had no problem letting it sit there overnight. They still recognized me the next morning and had me on my way in no time - and they did a great job on the window replacements! more

I was really happy with everything that Save On Glass did for me. The first job they did involved replacing the front windshield of my Highlander. They also fixed the back window on the right side, which had not been working properly. The service was nice and fast: Save On Glass did everything in 1-1/2 hours, while I sat there reading a magazine. They did such a great job that I decided to use them a second time to fix some glass that had moved off track because the glue from the manufacturer had weakened. They were able to save the glass and re-glue it, so that I did not have to get new glass. They charged me the minimum and did a perfect job. Save On Glass is honest, which says it all in a nutshell. I've used SaveOn Glass three times in the past three years and each time I had a great experience. I called several places the best price I found, it was from SaveOn Glass. SaveOn Glass Could do the job same day in less than one hour. I said great. I made an appointment with SaveOn Glass to be at their glass shop at 10 AM. \r They finished the work by 10:45 AM and they cleaned up all the broken glass from my car, and they also bended back the damged frame for me for free. I brought my car in to have the passenger side window replaced. They replaced the window, but when I got into my car after paying I noticed that the driver's side window woudn't roll up. It was working fine when I dropped the car off that morning. The window was somehow knocked out of the track while they had the car, and they made me pay an extra $80 to fix it. Shady! If you care about your car, do not bring it here. They scratched my car, broke the existing glass to replace it, cut molding when they could have just removed it. When I mentioned to the owner that his was not acceptable, he told me to return his glass that he put in. \r \r As I said before, if you care about your car, do not bring it here. Hello all,\r \r If you care about your car, do not bring it to this place. I made the mistake of bringing my car to this place to replace my windshield. They managed to break the existing windshield in order to get it out, cut molding when they could have removed it and installed a window that left gaps between the body of the car and the new windshield. their expert staff also managed to scratch the car. When I notified the owner of this, he told me to just let the window sit for a few days. When I mentioned this was not acceptable, he wanted to take the ""new"" window he put in back.\r \r Like I said, do not bring your car here if you care about it.
